When was the last time you made time for yourself? Self care can sometimes feel like a luxury, but in our fast-paced lives of working and juggling, it’s more of a necessity.
Making time to play and reconnect with yourself can build resilience and give you more energy for the things that matter most.
In this 2-hour workshop, you can enjoy space and time away from responsibilities, expectations and demands. You’ll explore a combination of mindful movement, breathwork and playful art making. Plus, there’s tea and treats to keep us all fuelled.
