I’m glad you asked. I am a creative being who is passionate about the joy, beauty and wellbeing benefits that creativity can bring.

Polly Brown

I am a creative adventurer with a degree in 3D design from MMU. With over 20 years’ experience teaching art in secondary schools and art galleries I like the experimental unknown. 

Over the last two decades, I have taught printmaking, life drawing, ceramics, textile design, 3D design and Photography - to name but a few subjects. I am massively passionate about helping kids of all ages to tap into their creativity and express themselves through art making.

Now I am outside of school, and I love pushing my own creativity and have recently done a year long screen printing course at Spike Island in Bristol, and mixed media technique sessions with Priscilla Jones and Jennifer Collier. I am a big fan of creating mini art journals with my own family too. 


Career highlights

Pulling an all nighter in a Selfridges window on Oxford St, London. Building a display of my work and secretly trying on couture gowns.


A couple of bonus fun facts

I like to walk in the rain, and I enjoy the occasional rave. Chucking heavy weights around in the cross fit gym also makes me happy.
