Make and Cake: Watercolour and paper cutting art
In this mindful, creative session you’re invited to explore a range of watercolour and paper cutting techniques, before creating a final piece of art. As you’ve probably guessed, there’ll be plenty of tea and cake to keep the creativity flowing.
10th + 11th March, Flax Bourton | 11th March, Westbury on Trym
What’s the plan?
Our Make and Cake workshops are a chance to check out from the busyness of life and feed your creative mind.
This session is all about combining watercolour painting and paper cutting to create a colourful piece of layered art.
You’ll start by exploring a range of watercolour and paper cutting techniques. Then there’s time to apply these techniques and craft a final piece to take home.
Not sure what to design? Fear not. We’ll have plenty of ideas to inspire your thinking, plus interesting resources to add extra textures if you wish.
If that’s not enough to tempt you, there’ll be tea and cake to enjoy along the way.
