Workplace wellbeing + resilience
In-person and virtual workshops designed to inspire creativity and support wellbeing in the workplace.
Taking care of your team’s wellbeing has never been more important. The pandemic, coupled with changing working practices has had a huge impact on mental health in the workplace.
In the last year, 17.9 million working days were lost due to stress, anxiety or depression. And the same conditions account for 51% of all work-related ill health.*
Alongside this, remote working is leaving many employees feeling isolated and disconnected from their colleagues.
Our in-person or online workshops can help. Our sessions focus on inspiring creativity, supporting wellbeing and boosting resilience in your teams.
We offer creative and transformative opportunities for your employees.
Using a blend of mindful practices and art as therapy techniques, we deliver a range of sessions, either in-person or online via Zoom.
Whether it’s a one-hour Lunch and Learn session, or a weekly wellbeing hour, we’ll post a resource pack to each person, or bring all the materials to you. That way your staff can simply turn up and enjoy their session with us.

Lunch and learn options
Weekly wellbeing
We can provide the teaching, resources and equipment for four creative 1.5 hour sessions, delivered over four weeks.
The sessions for 8-10 people cover a new creative technique each week, and can take place over a lunch break, or at a time to suit you.
The course is suitable for all roles within the workplace, and no experience or technical knowledge is needed.
Our typical 4-week creative course
Week 1: Zine making
In this session, employees will learn a range of ink, paint, collage and print-making techniques to create colourful, bound zines. Delegates are given the freedom to explore the resources and craft personal narratives using books, quotes or their own experiences.
Week 2: Lateral thinking
A session which explores cognitive creativity techniques, including lateral thinking. Using several stimulus materials, delegates will learn practical methods for thinking outside of the box and developing new and innovative ideas. The session culminates in a playful ‘Found Poetry’ exercise.
Week 3: Making art with AI
Today, artificial intelligence is changing society and becoming the bedrock of innovative businesses. In this session, we explore creative applications of AI and combine art making with cutting-edge machine learning platforms. Delegates will create their own AI-generated art and develop an understanding of creative AI in the process. No experience necessary.
Week 4: Mindful photography
In our final workshop, delegates use their camera or smartphone as a tool for mindfulness. Using a combination of natural objects, lightboxes, backgrounds and filters, delegates will learn how to create inspiring images, while connecting with their environment and each other. The session ends with an exploration of image manipulation using a chosen photograph.
How your employees can benefit
Our 4-week in-house course is carefully designed to help your staff:
Find peace of mind, stay mentally well, and build resilience
Connect with themselves and their colleagues
Feel motivated to return to the workplace
Stay focussed, motivated and productive
Feel valued and confident that their workplace is taking steps to support mental wellbeing
Find ways to cope with change and transformation
Every session is practical and hands-on. Through mindful creativity, delegates can gradually change the habits of negative self-talk, inner criticism, perfectionism and self-doubt, while building creative confidence and emotional resilience.
Engaging with colleagues in this positive way also leads to increased levels of productivity, innovation and collaboration. All of which helps to reduce absenteeism and presenteeism in the workplace.
Bespoke sessions for your workplace
We can work with you to adapt our programme in order to meet the specific needs of your business. If you would like a variant on the four-week course above, please get in touch.

“I really enjoyed the freedom of playing, learning and interacting with others. A fabulous way to relax, have fun and open your mind to new thinking”

Measuring success
How we measure success
To measure the effects of our 4-week wellbeing course, we license the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale. This is a nationally recognised tool for the measurement of mental wellbeing.
By providing delegates with a simple, anonymised questionnaire at the start, end and mid-way point of our courses, we are able to provide insightful data indicating improvements in your team’s overall mental wellbeing.
